A product of the London Knights and Sudbury Wolves who went on to play 845 NHL games after being drafted 94th overall at the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, Chris Kelly, would win a Stanley Cup in 2011 as a member of the Boston Bruins and captain Team Canada to a bronze medal win at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics. Currently an assistant coach with the Bruins, offered here is this photo-matched Bruins jersey worn by Kelly during the 2011-12 season. Made by Reebok, a lone size tag displaying a size "56" designation is affixed to the inner collar while the logo crests of both NHL and Reebok have been added to the front and reverse necklines of the tie-neck garment respectively. Decorated over the front with a Bruins team crest in layered tackle twill with matching alternate logo patches having been added over both shoulders, the distinguished alternate captain's "A" has been placed over the left breast. Sporting Kelly's number "23" sewn to the sleeves and verso in matching tri-layer stacked tackle twill numerals, "Kelly" is spelt out in dual layer black-over-yellow tackle twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the back. Exhibiting good game-wear, stick marks are seen over the front, reverse and both sleeves with the latter also sporting numerous board burns as well. Featuring additional wear via team repairs at the right side of the collar and near the right elbow, light pilling is seen underneath the fight strap on the interior. Sporting a MeiGray tag numbered "I05205" affixed inside the reverse hem, according to the company's population report, the jersey is a "White Set 2 w/A" specimen. Regarding the aforementioned photo-match, the jersey is matched with Getty Image #142490399 (April 5th, 2012 vs Ottawa) to the team repair near Kelly's right elbow as well as to the stick mark on the inside of Kelly's left sleeve.
