Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
One of the hobby’s most venerated and collected players, Bobby Orr set numerous records during his playing days, with his Hall of Fame enshrinement at just 31 years of age especially impressive. From Boston’s golden boy, we have a retro-style Oshawa Generals jersey signed by the eight-time James Norris winner. Produced by CCM with “Sample” written over the label along with large sizing, the tie-neck jersey features a simulated felt team crest, with tackle twill “2” over the verso. Orr has signed just above the team crest in black marker, adding his iconic “4”, with the signature exhibiting slight bleeding into the material. An LOA from JSA will accompany.
