Originating from the collection of his son and fellow HOFer Brett Hull, we have a collection of rarely seen Bobby Hull sticks, including a game-used example from his time with the Jets in the WHA. Totaling 5, we have a signed Gunzo's Northland Custom Pro game-issued stick, a modern Northland Pro limited-edition stick, a vintage CCM store stick with facsimile autograph, a blank pattern hockey stick signed by Hull across the blade, and lastly, a mid-to-late-1970s Jets game-used Northland registered pattern stick with tape removed from knob and blade, for the stick to be used as a pattern model afterwards. You may own a Bobby Hull game-used stick in your collection, but do you own any of these examples? An LOA from Brett Hull will accompany.
The signed Gunzo's Northland Custom Pro game-issued stick features “B Hull” stamped on the upper shaft, with additional stamp’s from Gunzo’s and Larson Industries, with a faded Hull signature across the topside of the shaft, while the modern Northland Pro limited-edition stick also has “Hull” stamped onto the upper shaft, with clean identifiers and no wear. Next, the vintage CCM store stick features a facsimile autograph across the shaft, along with clean identifiers and an intact striping sticker, with the extra-long blank pattern hockey stick bare with some light staining, with Bobby adding an attractive signature across the blade in black marker. Lastly, the game-used Jets Northland registered pattern stick has “9” handwritten on the handle, with “6857” appearing on the shaft and blade. Showing nice game-use, the stick had the tape removed to be used as a template for future models, making it an important and unique example.
