Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Nifty unopened goodies to tempt you with here begin chronologically with a 1975-76 Topps rack pack, with Hall of Famer Marcel Dionne one of the three players showing on the front and a checklist visible on the back. Bottom edge wear to the Dionne card is to note. Two ’82-83 O-Pee-Chee rack packs each include three cello-wrapped stacks of 17 cards for a total of 51 each, with Dionne again one of the visible players, along with Rangers Beck and Greschner. Some fun could be had with three Topps “Fun Packs”, the sealed bags each containing 30 miscellaneous packs. It’s difficult to make out what’s in the earlier “$3.00 Value” (1981) bag which shows some handling/wear and a one-inch hole, but the other two (1983) (“$5.00 Value” affairs) each house five 1982 Topps football packs, 15 baseball sticker packs and ten with “assorted subjects.” The football contain 15 cards each, with Lawrence Taylor and Ronnie Lott rookie cards possible pulls.
