More attractive crease-free vintage cardboard and stellar penmanship is to report in this all-Red Wings assembly, with all but one being rookie cards. Deceased Hall of Famer Al Arbour signed an impressive 1953-54 Parkhurst RC (PSA NM-MT 8 label to be included) that erroneously pictures Bill Dineen, while fellow HOFer Norm Ullman's signature graces his '57-58 Topps rookie (EX), with "#7" and "H.O.F. 1982" added. John McKenzie included his "Pie" nickname and "#21" to his second-year ('61-62) Parkie which is a splendid example that had been graded NM-MT 8 by PSA (label to be included). Parkhurst's lovely stars and stripes background is featured on Larry Jeffrey's '63-64 RC (EX-MT+), while two contributors to Canada's 1972 Summit Series victory complete the group on Topps issues. Series hero Paul Henderson applied a bold blue marker signature to his '65-66 rookie (EX (OC)), with Pete Mahovlich doing the same to his '66-67 entry, adding "#11", with that card accompanied by a PSA NM 7 label. The autograph provenance is as follows: A.J. Sports World COAs are with the Arbour, Jeffrey and Mahovlich cards, while the Henderson sig is authenticated by Frozen Pond (COA). A Hammertime Sports Card autograph ticket is with the Ullman and a Cardboard Promotions autograph ticket comes with the McKenzie. A splendid six-pack starring men who skated at Detroit's famous Olympia.
