Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
One of the greatest entertainers the world has ever seen, Michael Jackson knew how to put on a show like no one else. The King of Pop was an electric sight on stage, a wondrous singer in a dancer’s body with an incredible flair for showmanship. Jackson, who died suddenly in 2009 at the age of 53 while preparing for a world tour, placed a huge black marker autograph on this fantastic 11x14 photo of himself punching forward his right arm while singing one of the countless hits from his amazing catalogue of Top 10 songs. There is a lighter tone to the application of the black marker in a portion of Jackson’s signature, which has been examined and certified with a PSA/DNA COA.
A PSA/DNA sticker with certification number 144258 affixed to the bottom left corner of the signed photo corresponds to the number on the COA.
