Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/24/2021
Combining for seven Hart trophies throughout their unrivaled Hall of Fame careers, we have a collection of two signed items blessed with the signatures of four of the greatest players in the history of the NHL. Featuring Montreal’s holy triumvirate, we have a vintage-style Canadiens jersey signed by timeless legends Maurice Richard, Jean Beliveau and Guy Lafleur, accompanied by a framed limited-edition photo signed by Chicago Black Hawks superstar Bobby Hull. First, the acrylic jersey was produced by Starter and made to simulate wool, with a felt team crest utilized and a tie-neck collar. All three have signed on the team crest in black marker, with no issues for the attractive scriptings. The Hull photo is 8” x 10” and signed in gold, with “MVP ‘65” added, double-matted and framed with inserted pin and name plaque to full dimensions of 14” x 18”. A COA will accompany for the Hull signature.
The jersey and frame both have holograms affixed near the signatures, with the limited-edition number of “125/1965” handwritten near the hologram on the Hull photo.
