Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2018

Oh boy, a complete set of always-desirable 1951-52 Parkies, but oh boy, some unsightly condition issues to report. Completeness is an attribute, with numerous cards displaying as acceptable lower end examples, with however pen marks/writing then coming in to play. Fifty-five cards have writing on the backs, (usually the card number and fancy-looking initials), including biggies Howe, Richard and Sawchuk, the latter two also with writing on the front, similar to 13 others, (RCs of 47-Lumley, 56-Lindsay, 86-Kennedy), affected by a number or "0" penned in the lower right corner. Otherwise, the Howe, Harvey, Geoffrion and McNeil rookies (with only WOB), display as F-G cards with rounded corners and light creases. Another group of 23 has clean backs but with numbers written on the front, including 63-Delvecchio RC, 68-Pronovost RC, 75-Broda and 76-Rollins RC. Meanwhile, two dozen have NO writing and are highlighted by 52-The Winning Goal, 55-Kelly RC, 81-Bentley and 104-Rayner RC at F, with 94-Stanley RC at G. Three cards (1-Lach, 7-Johnson RC, 11-Mosdell RC) have writing and heavy back damage (glue). All 105 are here - check'em out and let us know if good for you.
