Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
A representative of US hockey on a number of occasions, netminder Guy Hebert spent the bulk of his career guarding the crease of the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. The Troy native currently serves as associate host on Fox Sports Prime Ticket for Anaheim home games. We have a Mighty Ducks jersey that was worn by Hebert in 1998-99, where he appeared in 69 games. Center Ice and Nike size labeling (58G) sits along the collar, with embroidered Nike and NHL crests on the reverse bottom hem. Styled with the embossed Ducks team crest in use from 1993-2006, the white V-neck has been embellished with layered tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching embossed alternate crests over each shoulder. The team patch resides just above the inside hem, and it denotes this garment as a “Set 2” example. A few random dark marks are visible, with wear to the team crest. There is also heavy red paint transfer near each elbow section, and between the reverse numbers.
