Capturing the Prince of Wales Trophy as champions of the 1966-67 regular season, the Chicago Black Hawks were led offensively by Stan Mikita, who would register 97 points to lead the NHL and capture the Art Ross Trophy as well as the Lady Byng Trophy and Hart Trophy as league MVP. Offered here, is this sick that has been signed by members of the 1966-67 Black Hawks. A generic wooden stick displaying a paper label over the middle of the shaft, the stick has been signed by 22 including Bobby and Dennis Hull, Stan Mikita, Billy Reay (coach), Pat Stapleton, Chico Maki, Phil Esposito, Doug Jarrett, Ken Wharram (x2), Ken Hodge, Ed Van Impe, Denis DeJordy, Wally Boyer, Fred Stanfield, Glenn Hall, Eric Nesterenko, Lou Angotti, Matt Ravlich, and Doug Mohns. Remaining in good condition, the blade shows liquid damage with paint splatter seen near the knob along with some wear to the paper label over the shaft. The autographs, signed in a mix of black, blue and red marker display mostly legible with some displaying lighter than other from age. Of note, holes are seen in the middle and at the top of the shaft, with the stick having been mounted on a wall at one point. Additionally, also included with the stick is a program from the same season that has been signed by 17. Likely a pre-season offering based on the fact that the program only includes the rosters of Chicago and Montreal on the interior, the back cover has been signed in ball point pen by Mikita, B. Hull, D. Hull, Ravlich, Stanfield, Maki, Nesterenko, Angotti, Wharram, Mohns, Boyer, Van Impe, Stapleton, Pilote, Jarrett, Sneddon and Miszuk. All the autographs remain legible and in good condition with the program also in good condition as well.
