The premier selection at the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins netted the game-tying goal vs Pittsburgh on Oct 9th to serve as his first NHL goal in his first match, and concluded his impressive rookie season with 52 points in 62 regular-season contests. The Burnaby native was also the first 18-year old rookie to record five assists in a single contest. From early in his career in Edmonton, we have a photo-matched Oilers jersey worn by the Burnaby native in 2014-15. An Elite label and “56” size tag sit along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the classic Oilers team crest, the air knit V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Nugent-Hopkins” across the affixed nameplate in single navy twill. The jersey shows light use with a few puck and stick marks to the front and sleeves. Getty Image #468312636 (April 1, 2015) has been matched to the dark line within the center portion of the "9" of "93" on the verso, with the small black mark just above the lower blue striping band on the left elbow also visible. A MeiGray patch numbered “L02217” has been sewn inside the reverse hem, and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a "White Set 3" specimen. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with an LOA to accompany.
