Three seasons in Manhattan with the Blueshirts would be spent by Eric Lindros during the early-2000s, with 73 points scored in just 72 games during his inaugural campaign with the Rangers in 2001-02. We have a group of three sticks along with skates, all used by the superstar during his time in New York. All Bauer sticks, we have a 6000 model used by Eric in 2003-04, along with a pair of Tri Flex examples (one is signed), hailing from 2001-02 and 2002-03 respectively. The skates are Bauer Supreme 7000 models used early on in the 2001-02 season. A signed LOA from Eric Lindros will accompany.
Each stick features "Lindros" over the upper shaft, with each retaining its tape over the blade and handle (the signed example has had the taped removed from the blade to facilitate the signature). Each stick also exhibits moderate use, with wear to the underside of each blade along with additional wear to the lower shafts. The 6000 model has a cracked shaft but remains solid, with the signed example’s blade cracked on the reverse. The skates show moderate to thorough use, with wear to the boots including cuts over the toe sections, with heavy salting of the eyelets. The blades also show heavy wear with oxidation and rusting. It should also be noted that these models feature "Quick Blade" holders and blades which do not show up in game action photos, so these were possibly the type of blade tried-out or just used briefly by Lindros.
