The franchise’s first Stanley Cup soon followed when HOF goalie Ed Belfour and the 1998-99 Dallas Stars claimed the Clarence S. Campbell Bowl as conference champions. This personal Campbell Bowl trophy is the one that was awarded to Belfour, who won the Jennings Trophy with teammate Roman Turek during the regular season, to commemorate the Stars’ win over Colorado in the conference final on their way to a six-game win against Buffalo in the Stanley Cup final. Standing 11” tall, the trophy features a miniature plated Campbell Bowl with a removable lid that sits atop a 3” two-tone finished hexagonal wooden base. This gorgeous Clarence Campbell Championship trophy comes with Ed Belfour’s signed LOA.
“Ed Belfour Dallas Stars 1998-99” is engraved on the front of the bowl, while “Clarence S. Campbell Bowl 1968” is engraved on the back. In beautiful condition, the trophy exhibits cleanable tarnishing. It displays extremely well and has acquired a lovely patina. A sticker from NHL trophy maker Boffey sits affixed on the brown felt on the bottom.
