Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017

With enough "bling" to make a rapper blush, this extraordinarily ostentatious gold-plated creation was one of the designs that didn't make the final cut, so you won't have to worry about wearing the same jewelry the next time you hang out with Chauncey Billups and Rasheed Wallace. Size 10 Gold-plated prototype by Josten's and weighing 65 grams, zirconias report "World Champs Pistons" on the face, which exhibits moderate oxidation. Left shank attributes the ring to "Wilson, CEO" with three more faux diamonds and the mantra, "Going to Work." Right shank reads, "The Right Way, 2004, 77 Under 100 Pts., 38 consecutive, Pistons 4 Lakers 1”. Scratches and marks are visible along both the inner and outer band, with additional wear along edges as well as the aforementioned oxidation in numerous spots.
