“Touch ‘em all, Joe, you’ll never hit a bigger home run in your life!” The Toronto Blue Jays won their second straight World Series in 1993 on Joe Carter’s dramatic ninth-inning homer in Game 6 at SkyDome. This Tiffany & Co. watch commemorating Toronto’s second straight World Series title was presented to Murray Eldon, who was the Blue Jays’ public address announcer at Exhibition Stadium and SkyDome from 1978 until 2004. “World Champions 1993” is displayed with two Blue Jays logos on the face of this team-issued wristwatch. As presented to Eldon, whose name is engraved on the back of the watch, it comes with its Tiffany & Co. pouch, velvety black display case, and light blue presentation box.
“Murray Eldon” is engraved on the “Portfolio ™ by Tiffany & Co.” backplate of the watch, which comes with additional links for the wristband. The light blue Tiffany & Co. presentation box with “Murray Eldon” on a sticker affixed to the front side has some wear to the edges and a strip of the light blue outer layer torn off the top.
