Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Missing just 1987 to complete a string of consecutive NHL All-Star Game appearances that runs from 1982 to 1994, Paul Coffey would be named to the NHL First All-Star Team an impressive four times. Hailing from his eighth All-Star Game appearance, we have a Wales Conference jersey that was worn by HOF defenceman Paul Coffey at the 1990 NHL All-Star Game. Maska Air-Knit labeling with handwritten “52” is affixed to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests over the back bottom hem. Styled with a gorgeous NHL shield team crest in the familiar orange and black, dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers have also been utilized, with the 41st NHL All-Star Game crest residing over the right shoulder. Six small tackle twill stars have also been placed along the lower front and reverse band. A signed LOA from Paul Coffey will accompany.
Worn for just a single game, marks are present over the lower front and left sleeve, with some minor staining near the top of the team crest.
