Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
A first-round selection of the New York Rangers at the 1973 NHL Draft, Pat Hickey spent parts of 5 seasons on Broadway before moving on to Colorado and Toronto. We have a Maple Leafs jersey worn by the Brantford native in 1979-80. A Maska Superfil label sits along the collar, with a visible Maska crest inverted inside the custom-shortened hem. Styled with an attractive partially embroidered team crest, the vintage V-neck has been accented with tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Custom-shortened sleeves have also been utilized, with nice use exhibited which includes fabric pulls on the lower front along with 4 team repairs, with 3 situated on the lower front along with a single example over the right sleeve.
