This is the puck Brett Hull put past New York Islanders goalie Mark Fitzpatrick for his 64th goal of the 1989-90 season. The Golden Brett scored his second goal of the game in the Blues’ 5-4 win at the old St. Louis Arena on March 3, 1990 on his way to a 72-goal season. There are a few marks from game use on the Bluenote logo on the face of this InGlasCo NHL official game puck. The “64 – vs. NY Islanders, March 3, 1990” typed label affixed to the edge of the puck is loose and has been pushed out of place, but remains complete. Comes with Brett Hull's signed LOA.
The 1989-90 season was the first one in which Hull score 50 of more goals, a feat he accomplished five times during his career.
