Featured are four 1942-50 Art Ross Tyer NHL official game pucks, including one that comes with its CCM box. There is a 1950-58 Art Ross Tyer NHL game puck, a 1955-63 Art Ross Tyer Andover puck most likely used only in practices, a 1958-62 Art Ross Tyer NHL game puck (blank reverse), a 1962-64 Art Ross Tyer NHL game puck with rubberized octagons on each side, a 1962-64 Art Ross Tyer NHL game puck with a round crest, a 1967-68 Art Ross Tyer Converse NHL game puck (blank reverse), a circa 1968-69 Converse practice puck with a rubberized round crest, a 1969-77 screened Converse, a 1979-83 Viceroy practice puck and a circa 1980-83 Viceroy/InGlasCo, which was most likely a practice puck.
These 14 pucks spanning over 40 years of NHL hockey are nicely preserved overall.
Two of the 1942-50 Art Ross Tyer NHL official game pucks each have one chip on the edge. Another of the 1942-50 pucks has two longers chips with portions of the rubber missing on the face and a chip on the bottom edge, and the other 1942-50 puck has five chips on its top edge, mostly on the right side as oriented from the small rubberized orange octagon on the face. The edge of the blank reverse has a few chips, including two with small portions of the vulcanized rubber missing.
The 1962-64 Art Ross Tyer NHL official game puck with two rubberized octagons has a slice on one edge.
The 1962-64 Art Ross Tyer round crest puck has a chip with a portion of the rubber missing on the bottom right edge of the face, and another chip with some rubber missing on the edge of the blank reverse.
The circa 1968-69 practice puck has a small dent to the top left of the face, and the 1979-83 Viceroy practice puck has a small chip to the left side of the top edge.
