Netting a pair of goals with assists on each from Steve Yzerman and Brett Hull, Luc Robitaille would make his third NHL All-Star Game appearance in 1990, a season he concluded with 101 points. The contest would witness the Wales Conference slipping past Robitaille and the Campbell Conference, 12-7. This Campbell Conference jersey was worn by the superstar at the 1990 NHL All-Star Game. Maska Air-Knit labeling with handwritten “50” sizing is affixed to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests over the back bottom hem. Styled with a gorgeous NHL shield crest in the familiar orange and black, dual-colour tackle twill numbers grace the sleeves and verso, with the 41st NHL All-Star Game crest residing over the right shoulder. Six small tackle twill stars have also been placed along the lower front and reverse band. A signed LOA from Luc Robitaille will accompany this 1990 All-Star sweater.
Worn for just a single contest, the jersey exhibits a few random marks, with light pilling beneath the fight strap.
A portion of the sales from the Luc Robitaille personal collection will benefit the Echoes of Hope Foundation. Founded in 2007 by Stacia and Luc Robitaille, Echoes of Hope strives to awaken the spirit of hope in the lives of children, youth, and young adults in need by alleviating barriers and helping them reach their full potential.
