Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
This handsome display commemorates Sidney Crosby’s first game in Pittsburgh, on October 8th 2005. It was also the occasion for Sid's first NHL goal. A commemorative medallion has been centralized, with a ticket from the game above, and a pair of Pens pins below. An image of the future HOFer sits along the left, with a facsimile program cover on the right that’s been signed by Sid in gold paint pen. A plaque listing the particulars has been affixed below, with a hologram from Frameworth numbered “014987” placed beneath the signature. Double-matted and framed to total dimensions of roughly 20 ½” x 29 ½”, the display remains in gorgeous condition. A COA from Frameworth will accompany.
