Selected by the Florida Panthers in the second round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, goaltender Jacob Markstrom has represented his native Sweden on numerous occasions, with his NHL debut made during his lone season with Rochester in the AHL, in 2010-11. This photo-matched Americans jersey was worn by the Gavle native in 2010-11. Reebok and “Goalie Style” labels grace the collar along with a “58” size tag, with Reebok and AHL 75th anniversary crests over the reverse hem. Featuring a gorgeous Americans shield team crest with embroidered detailing, “30” appears over the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with an alternate crest over the left breast and matching stars over each shoulder. The Toyota patch that once sat over the right breast has been removed, with an example included, with this crest possibly original to the jersey. Sporting nice game use with a few marks over the front including the team crest, there are additional puck marks over each sleeve, with heavy pilling around the collar and beneath the fight strap. A pair of included numeric images has been matched to the black marks on the star on the right shoulder, while a third included numeric image is matched to some of the black marks on the lower white stripe on the right sleeve. Lastly, another pair of included numeric images has been matched to the black marks on the star on the right shoulder and to a number of marks on the same sleeve.
