Batting .300 eleven times during his 19-year career, Al Oliver is also a seven-time All-Star, with a World Series championship won in 1971 with the Pirates. We have a signed Montreal Expos jersey that was worn by the Portsmouth native in 1983, with an inscription listing his stats for the season. A Rawlings label with “42” sizing is affixed to the collar, with an “83” year swatch over the inside front left tail. Styled with a tackle twill team logo over the left breast with “Expos” beneath, “0” appears over the right front and verso, with “Oliver” over the upper reverse in matching single red twill. Oliver has signed beneath the team crest in black marker, adding his nickname “Scoop”, along with stats from the season including “184 Hits”, “8 HR’s” and “84 RBI’s”. Missing the lowest button, the jersey exhibits a thin long stain over the upper front, with no other issues. Comes with an LOA
