A product the University of Michigan Wolverines in the NCAA where he was a top-10 finalist for the Hobey Baker Award in 2015, Zack Hyman would play the first 345 games of his National Hockey League career in the blue and white of the Toronto Maple Leafs, becoming a fan favourite in the process, before heading west to join up with the Edmonton Oilers. Experiencing a breakout campaign for the 2023-24 season, offered here is this photo-matched Maple Leafs jersey worn by Hyman for a portion of the 2018-19 campaign. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both "Made in Canada" and size "56" designations is affixed to the inner collar while the crests of both the NHL and Adidas adorn the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front with a classic Maple Leafs team crest that has had "Toronto Maple Leafs" embroidered into it, the sleeves and verso have been style with Hyman's number "11" in single layer white tackle twill numerals. Having had "Hyman" spell out in matching style letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse, the jersey exhibits good game-wear in the form of board burns and small unrepaired holes over both sleeves while clusters of team repairs are dotted throughout the left forearm. Sporting additional wear through light stick marks over both sleeves and a line of red board paint transfer in the top white stripe of the right sleeve, a few loose threads and pilling are present on the interior. Having had a Leafs team tag numbered "I-0031" sewn inside the reverse hem and accompanied by a matching Leafs COA, Hyman has signed the jersey over the first "1" on the reverse with a blue marker ink signature that displays without issue. Regarding the photo-match, the jersey has been matched with Getty Image #1070297502 (November 19th, 2018 vs Columbus) to the clusters of team reapers over the left forearm.
