The Utah Grizzlies of the IHL were winners of back-to-back Turner Cups in 1995 and 1996, winning the 1996 Cup with a stunning overtime victory. This Utah Grizzles 1996 Turner Cup Championship ring was made for Irv Lerner, who had given input regarding its design and creation. Gorgeous size 11 with an approximate weight of 44 grams, it’s been stamped "10K" on the inside band. The head features raised twin Turner Cups encompassed by a bright green stone, while the perimeter has “Turner Cup Champions 1996”. The upper left shank has embossed “Lerner” above and “CPA” below centered by the Grizzlies team logo, while the opposite shank has “Utah Grizzlies” above with “Back to Back” and the IHL logo beneath, flanked by two diamonds. Regarding condition, the ring head originally had 8 zirconias inset with 4 per Turner Cup, but now only 2 are remaining. The usual small insignificant scratches from being worn appear at the top of both sides of the band as well as on the very bottom, but these are the only minute flaws that this beautiful Turner Cup Championship ring possess. An LOA will accompany.
