The 48th season of play for the Toronto Maple Leafs in the National Hockey League, the 1964-65 edition of the blue and white would see them fall in the first round of the playoffs to the Montreal Canadiens, ending their quest for a fourth straight Stanley Cup. Offered here, we present this stick signed by eighteen (18) members of the 1964-65 Maple Leafs. A generic wooden stick that measures roughly 53" in length and has "Left" and "6" stamped to the upper shaft, the cellophane striping accent at the bottom of the shaft remains intact and affixed. For the autographs, all having been signed in blue ballpoint pen ink and remaining strong and legible. Featuring the signatures of deceased Hall of Famers Red Kelly, Andy Bathgate, George Armstrong, Tim Horton, Allan Stanley, Terry Sawchuk and Johnny Bower as well as Frank Mahovlich, Dave Keon, Ron Stewart, Carl Brewer, Don McKenney, Jim Pappin, Bob Baun, Eddie Shack, Billy Harris and Leafs assistant trainer, Tommy Naylor. The stick remains in excellent condition with a light bit of wood separation at the blade stem.
