This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2009
Silver-plate two-piece ice bucket presented by the NHL to Hall-of-Famer Tom Johnson as a member of the League Champion Montreal Canadiens in 1961-62. The Habs would take regular season honors that year but the Cup would go to the Toronto Maple Leafs. The side is engraved with "National Hockey League Champions, 1961-62, Club de Hockey Canadien Inc., Thomas C. Johnson". Eight inches from the base to the handle. In very good to excellent condition with a couple of dings at the base and upper rim. Fill this one with ice to keep your beer chilly as you watch this year’s post-season action.
