Cooperstown finally called for Tim Raines in 2017 and he’ll enter the Hall of Fame as a member of the Montreal Expos. “Rock” led the National League in stolen bases in each of his first four seasons, and was an All-Star in his first seven with the Expos (1981-87). He went on to win World Series titles with the Yankees in 1996 and 1998, and a third as a White Sox coach in 2005. Raines signed in blue marker on the Expos logo on the left breast of his 1981 rookie season game-worn jersey, which has a “Set 1 1981” flag tag inside the right front tail and size 40 Rawlings tagging in the neck. His Expos game-worn pants are from 1986 when he hit .334 to win the NL batting title.
Raines’ 1986 Expos game-worn pants have Rawlings size 32 tagging inside the waistband and a “32 25 86 Raines” patch with a “Set 1 1986” flag tag.
