Gathering of five vintage desk and pocket lighters, all presented to Ted Kennedy during his time with the Toronto Maple Leafs. The offering features a weighty Morton-Parker presentation desk lighter with the inscription, "Presented to Theodore Kennedy, Player, Third Annual NHL All-Star Game at Toronto, Oct. 10, 1949". A Ronson pocket lighter features the enamelled former coat of arms for the City of Toronto on one side with the engraved initials "T.K." on the other. Another pocket lighter, with engraved "TK" initials, reads: "Maple Leafs 1944-5", obviously referring to the Stanley Cup win that year. Another Ronson affair from the City of Halifax is engraved with the city's crest and "Ted Kennedy". Lastly, a heavy fluted desk lighter sports the initials of its owner, "T.S.K". Obtained from the family of former Leafs' captain Ted Kennedy, complete with their signed letter of provenance.
