Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2024
Drafted by New Jersey in 1997, goaltender Scott Clemmensen played four seasons with Boston College before making his NHL debut with the Devils in 2001-02. Seeing action in just a few selected games for the club over the next six seasons, Clemmensen also backstopped Toronto and Florida before completing his career in 2015. This signed stick was used by the Iowa native in 2011-12, and it hails from the personal collection of Carey Price. A Warrior model with "Clemmensen" over the upper shaft, the original white tape is in place on the blade and knob. Moderate game-use is shown with puck marks to the paddle and blade, and red goal post paint transfer to the paddle and shaft. Clemmensen has signed the upper paddle in red marker. A Classic Auctions LOA will accompany along with a COA from Frameworth.
