Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
One of the most desirable pucks in the hobby and an artifact that entices even the most casual of collectors, the pucks made for the four Summit Series games taking place on Canadian soil are difficult to locate, with any and all surfacing examples highly coveted. We have just that, with an actual game puck from the famous 1972 tournament. A Biltrite B1 example featuring a rubberized “Hockey Canada” logo over the obverse, “Made in Canada” appears embossed over the reverse, with heavy wear to the logo including toning and crazing, with no other unsightly wear or damage.
