Talk about going out on top, legendary defenseman Raymond Bourque capped his Hall of Fame career with his first Stanley Cup win with Colorado in 2001. Bourque has signed in bold silver sharpie on the lower left side of a photo from behind him hoisting the Stanley Cup over his head with his surname and familiar #77 prominently displayed on the back of his home Avalanche jersey. This glorious 8" x 10" is tastefully presented in a two-level grey, burgundy and beige matte with a "Merry Christmas 2001" plaque at the bottom, all beautifully mounted in a black frame. Bourque has signed two jerseys featuring his name and number, including a white Avalanche jersey with a 2001 Stanley Cup patch sewn onto the right breast. The great defenseman has added "2001 Cup, 6-9-01" to his signature on the left "7" on the black, silver and blue patterned triple twill #77 sewn onto the back of the jersey, the same material as the alternate captain's "A" on the left breast. A CCM authentic on-ice game jersey tag and size 56 fly tag remain in the neck, and CCM and NHL authentic clothing tags are attached at the left cuff. Bourque has added "96 MVP" to his signature on the left "7" in the black and grey double twill #77 on the back of an Eastern Conference jersey with a 1996 All-Star Game logo patch sewn onto the right shoulder and a Bruins hub crest patch on the left shoulder.
