Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2025
Gentlemen that are now approximately 70-years-of-age may remember eagerly awaiting their mother's return from the grocery stores in 1966/67, with boxes of General Mills cereals including Wheaties, Lucky Charms, Cheerios and Country Corn Flakes, that also had mini photos of their hockey heroes on both the front and reverse of the boxes. We present an extremely rare standing pose Bobby Orr card hand cut from a 1966-67 General Mills cereal box graded "Authentic" by PSA. Pictured as a rookie with the Boston Bruins, the card sports a few creases, we should note that this card is one of 5 graded "Authentic" by PSA, with just 7 graded higher, for a total population of just 12 total cards. We should also note a few marks to the PSA holder.
