Cool minor league gamer is Peter Sidorkiewicz’s 1985-86 AHL Binghamton Whalers green mesh jersey with a Washington Capitals patch on the left shoulder and an AHL 50th patch sewn on the rear tail. Drafted in the fifth round by Washington in 1981, Peter was dealt late in the 1984-85 season to the Whalers, who shared their AHL affiliate in Binghamton with the Capitals. “Goalie” is embroidered in white thread in the back of the neck and “Jay Vee” is embroidered on the right rear tail. Game wear includes marks on the front and both sleeves and red paint transfer on the “3” on the back. Rounding out the lot are 14 awards Sidorkiewicz collected with the B-Whalers, including his 1986-87 AHL All-Star charm. Comes with Peter Sidorkiewicz’s signed LOA.
