Led by Vincent Damphousse’s 97 points, the Montreal Canadiens finished third in the Adams Division in 1992-93, and would lose a mere four playoff contests en route to their 24th and most recent Stanley Cup championship. We have a stick issued to Patrick Roy that has been team-signed by the 1993 Stanley Cup champion Habs, accompanied by a team-signed photo. A KOHO Revolution model with “P Roy” stamped, there is also a date stamp on the underside of the shaft of “11 Mars 1993”. Approx 26 have signed the front side paddle and blade in matching blue marker including Roy, along with Guy Carbonneau, Kirk Muller, Brian Bellows, Vincent Damphousse and others, with the signatures heavily faded. The 1992-93 team-signed photo is actually a poster mounted to board at 22 ½” x 34 ½”, with approx 21 signing in silver, including Patrick Roy, Vincent Damphousse, Brian Bellows, Guy Carbonneau and others.
The additional signers to the 1992-93 team photo are John LeClair, Patrice Brisebois, Mathieu Schneider, Gilbert Dionne, Kevin Haller (twice), Lyle Odelein, Rick DiPietro and others, with a number of the signatures smudged or hard to decipher against the busy background. The photo/board itself shows wear including to the corners, with a small separation to the lower left corner. As an added bonus, additional photos mounted to board are included, with a 1993-94 Canadiens team photo with facsimile signatures (19” x 27”) and a reproduction of a Lapensee print (9 ½” x 13 ½”).
