This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
An instant collection for any die-hard Original Six Habs collector, we have a great group of game-used sticks totaling six from the 1950s/60s, with each used by a prominent Montreal Canadien. Included, we have three CCM Pattern Made Professional models from the latter part of the 1950s with name/number stamps for Phil Goyette (rookie era – signed), Don Marshall (rookie era) and Floyd Curry, with each having stamps from team supplier Raymond Hardware along with intact original tape jobs. Next, we have a pair of early-1960s CCM Pattern Made models for Bobby Rousseau (rookie era) and Gilles Tremblay, with name/number stamps and intact original tape jobs. Lastly, we have a Victoriaville Pro model used by Terry Harper in the late-1960s, with name and number stamp and the original intact tape job.
Moderate to heavier use is exhibited within the collection, with each stick sporting minor blade cracks (except the Tremblay) but remaining solid, with additional wear to the shafts. The Tremblay stick also has a "Feb. 10 '62" date stamp visible over the lower shaft. The Goyette stick has been signed over the upper shaft in black marker, with no issues for the signature.
