Men’s ice hockey at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games witnessed the second consecutive gold medal for the Canadians, defeating Sweden in the finals. 12 nations participated for best in world status, including Russia, Finland, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, the United States and the Czech Republic. This Team Norway jersey was worn by Mats Zuccarello in the Feb 13th contest against Canada, and it’s been photo-matched. A Nike logo along with sizing (58) sits screened-on the inside collar above an IIHF label, with an additional Nike swoosh heat-pressed onto the right breast. Featuring individual red “Norge” heat-pressed letters placed diagonally across the chest, the solid white sweater has been accented with double-twill reverse numbers, with the important Sochi 2014 crest on the bottom hem. A Nike inventory bar code numbered 82734 has also been placed inverted along the inside hem. Game-wear consists of a few dark marks over each sleeve and on the left shoulder. There is also some staining/discolouration present around the front and back collar and in a few other random spots including over each sleeve. Regarding the previously mentioned photo-match, Getty image #469213451 from the aforementioned Feb 13th game has been matched to the black mark to the left of the nameplate (near the lower left nameplate corner). An LOA from the NHLPA will accompany.
