How Swede it was when Mats Sundin was playing at the peak of his Hall of Fame career as captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Sundin’s 1999-2000 Maple Leafs game-worn jersey sports the “C” proudly sewn on the left breast and displays plenty of game wear from the old clutch-and-grab era. The right breast is a two-patch affair, with the NHL2000 patch worn throughout the league that season below the 2000 NHL All-Star Game patch. Sundin led the Leafs in goals (32), assists (41) and points (73) and played for the World All-Stars in the midseason classic at Air Canada Centre. "Maple Leafs 1999 2000 Game Worn Set 2 Limited Edition" team patch is sewn inside the rear tail. Comes with a Maple Leafs LOA that states the jersey was worn by Sundin in selected games during the second half of the 1999-2000 regular season.
Size 58 and Made in Canada flag tags are in the back of the neck, with the latter sewn over by nameplate stitching. Game wear shows in a team repair on the front tail, which has plenty of black stick marks, with more on the sleeves and lower back. Blue paint transfer on the left sleeve, and red, yellow and blue paint transfer on the right sleeve.
