A two-time NCAA National Champion with the University of Michigan Wolverines in 1996 and 1998, Marty Turco owns claim to the NCAA all-time wins record by a goalie with 127 over four (4) years. Originally drafted 124th overall by the Dallas Stars in 1994, Turco would go on to play 11 seasons in the National Hockey League, including nine (9) with Dallas where he set numerous franchise records. Hailing from the 2006-07 season in which he posted a record of 38-20-5, offered here is this photo-matched Dallas Stars jersey worn by Turco. Made by Reebok, a "Goalie Style" label is affixed to the inner collar with the jersey itself measuring out to a size "60" while patches for both Reebok and the NHL have been added over the reverse neckline and hem respectively. Decorated over the front with a Stars team crest that features both textured and embroidered details throughout it, a patch for the 2007 NHL All-Star Game that was hosted by Dallas is in place over the right breast. Accented over both shoulders with matching Texas alternate logo crests, Turco's number "35" has been sewn to the sleeves and verso in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals while "Turco" is spelt out in matching style letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting good game-wear via puck marks throughout the front and both sleeves, additional wear is observed via board burns over the lower reverse and both sleeves as well along with a green coloured paint transfer mark over the left side of the front. Displaying a MeiGray tag numbered "D06783" that has been sewn inside the reverse hem, according to the company's population report, the jersey is a "White Set 1" specimen and is accompanied by a matching LOA. Regarding the aforementioned photo-match, the jersey is matched with Getty Image #72232026 (October 20th, 2006 vs Chicago) to various puck marks over the front.
