The Marcel Dionne's Auction - October 2004
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/19/2004
Offered for auction here are three ancestors of today's NHL game pucks. The small octagonal Art Ross tyer puck was used through the 1940's while the big octagonal double sided Art Ross logo puck was used during the 1950's. The one sided large octagonal logo Art Ross puck with the patent number was used in pratices according to experts sometime in the early 1960's. These pucks could have seen NHL action during their existence and they have a few nicks around the edges to prove it. Very good condition.
