Bobby Hull set numerous new standards during his record-breaking 1968-69 season. This is the puck he used to break the 50-goal barrier for the third time. Hull did it Wednesday, March 12th in Chicago, even though the puck states that the game was at Oakland. Bobby's power play goal at 14:19 of the third period was assisted by Mike McMahon and Stan Mikita and tied the score 1-1. Gary Smith was in goal for the Seals who then scored three times in the last five minutes to win 4-1. The outline of a Converse octagonal logo can be seen on the back of this Hawks game puck. It was gilt-coated and had an engraved metal plaque with details added. A letter of authenticity signed by Bobby Hull will come with this sensational souvenir.
