The Marcel Dionne's Auction - October 2004
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/19/2004
After jumping directly to the NHL from junior hockey and playing in over 1300 NHL games, Marcel Dionne finally saw the minors during the 1988-89 season, his last as a pro. Marcel went to the New York Rangers' farm team in Denver for conditioning and played a handful of games in the International Hockey League. Dionne's #89 heavy mesh blue road jersey has Gerry Cosby and CCM/Maska tags in the neck with size "48" added in ballpoint. The CCM logo is embroidered into the rear hem. All numbers and letters including "Dionne" in individual letters (no nameplate) are in red and white tackle twill and sewn-on. Light but obvious game use here with some light staining in one of the white stripes of the right sleeve. Classic Rangers jersey will come with a pair of game socks, an autographed CCM PPM 101 game stick and Marcel Dionne's signed LOA.
