Playing a pair of junior seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Vancouver Giants, Jordan Martinook would be drafted 58th overall by the Phoenix Coyotes at the 2012 NHL Entry Draft and has gone on to play a nearly 650 National Hockey League games in his career thus far, suiting up for the likes of Arizona and the Carolina Hurricanes over that time. Offered here, we present this AHL Portland Pirates jersey worn by Martinook during the team's "Pink in the Rink" breast cancer awareness night on October 27th, 2012. Made by OZ Sports and branded to Reebok, an OZ Sports label displaying a size "54" designation is affixed to the inner collar while Reebok logo patches have been added over the reverse hem and neckline. Also having had an AHL logo patch added over the reverse hem, the front of the jersey is decorated with a Pirates team crest that features embroidered details throughout while a Maine Medical Centre Cancer Institute patch has been embroidered into the area over the right breast. Having had a Coyotes crest added over the left shoulder and a Portland 20th anniversary placed placed over the right one, the sleeves and verso have been styled with Martinook's number "18" sublimated dual layer black-over-pink numerals while "Martinook" is spelt out in sublimated black twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its fight strap on the interior, the jersey shows just light game-wear via a stick mark over the left sleeve but does display with heavy staining throughout its entirety that is worth mentioning for accuracy. A Pirates COA will accompany the piece
