This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/25/2024
A nice quartet of vintage Detroit Red Wings glasses is offered, highlighted by a 1961-62 Gordie Howe York Peanut Butter glass. At approx 2 1/2" x 4 3/4", the glass sports an imprinted "D" on the underside from Dominion Glass, with no chips or cracks visible. There is some minor fading to note to the Howe graphics. The other glasses include a matching pair with Red Wings facsimile signatures from the 1953-54 Stanley Cup championship season. Just under 5" in height, with a Red Wings logo and the date of March 5, 1954, along with a logo for Wallaceburg, Ontario, with "Canada's Glasstown". Both glasses survive in beautiful condition with no issues. Lastly, there is a 5 1/4" glass with generic player on one side, and "Exhibition Hockey Match Detroit Red Wings vs International League All-Stars February 24, 1948 Toledo, Ohio" on the other side. This glass also shows no issues and remains in gorgeous condition.
