The first separate set ever released by O-Pee-Chee for the Canadian market rather than making and distributing their cards under the Topps name, the 1968-69 release by the company featured a total of 216 cards in the checklist and included key first year offerings of players such as Bernie Parent, Mickey Redmond, Gary Smith and Garry Unger. Also including their very first insert set after becoming their own stand alone release, the company's 1968-69 "Puck Stickers" / "Puck Push-Outs", were inserted into packs containing cards from the set's second (2nd) series and were advertised on both the wax wrapper and display box. Offered here, we present this uncut sheet of the the company's 1968-69 "Puck Stickers" / "Puck Push-Outs" that includes two (2) complete sets. Measuring out to dimensions of approximately 28 1/4" x 18", the sheet showcases two (2) of each sticker that makes up the set with numbers one (1) to six (6) and thirteen (13) to seventeen (17) inclusively each having a third (3rd) example included on the sheet as well, bringing the total to roughly 2 1/2 complete assemblies. Displaying a total of fifty-five (55) push-outs/cards on the sheet, including examples for Gordie Howe (700th goal commemorative) and Bobby Orr, the sheet shows wear through heavy creasing down the middle both lengthwise and widthwise with additional lighter creasing found throughout as well. Additionally, all the cards of Bobby Orr remains in excellent shape and free of creasing while one (1) of the Howe cards is in overall good condition with light surface wear and the other is affected by heavy creasing.
