Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/25/2024
While little is known about the history of this crest, or the Toronto Maple Leafs 1930s booster club for that matter, this extremely rare patch was produced by said enterprise during the era to honour HOFer Harvey Busher Jackson. Approx 6 1/2" x 7" at the widest points, the white felt crest sports a central image of the 1932 Stanley Cup champion with a maple leaf and crossed hockey sticks in the background. "11" and "H. Jackson" appear in a scroll below, with "I am a Booster for" above. The scarce relic sports a small hole near the center, along with a few small stains over the top left and right sides. This is the first such crest we have ever encountered, and we may never see another!
