Hailing from years that saw the Hamilton Tiger-Cats win Grey Cups as the champion of the Canadian Football League over the BC Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers respectively, continuing their nearly two (2) decade run of dominance in Canadian football, offered here are complete sets of 1963 and 1965 Topps CFL football cards.
Starting with the earlier of the two (2) releases, the 1963 assembly includes a checklist of 88-cards in total with the group found to be in the overall condition range of EX to EX-MT for its effort, with notable condition exceptions being cards #51-Stewart, #66, #67 and #69, all of which present with small elastic marks that are worth noting for accuracy. For the key cards, included are the likes of 3-Kapp (VG to VG-EX - corner wear), 17-Keeling RC (VG-EX to EX - 80-20 centering), 21-Coffey (EX to EX-MT - light factory print mark at bottom right), 30-Faloney (EX to EX-MT), 31-Patterson (VG-EX to EX - tiny ding at the top left corner), 34-Henley (VG to VG-EX - tiny crease at the right border), 50-Jackson (EX to EX-MT - light factory print mark at the top right), 68-Parker (EX-MT to NM) and 88-Checklist (EX to EX-MT - unmarked - tiny ding at the bottom left).
