Drafted 19th overall by the London Knights at the 2010 OHL Priority Selection, Chris Tierney would play his entire Ontario Hockey League career with the club, helping them to three (3) consecutive Memorial Cup appearances and captaining the team during his final year of 2013-14. Drafted 55th overall by the San Jose Sharks at the 2012 NHL Entry Draft and having gone on to play in the National Hockey League for the Sharks, Senators, Panthers and Canadiens, offered here is this photo-matched London Knights jersey worn by Tierney during his first OHL season of 2010-11. Made by Reebok and sporting both Reebok/CHL and size "54" labels affixed to the inner collar, a Reebok logo crest has been added over the reverse neckline while a CHL league patch has been sewn on over the reverse hem. Decorated over the front of the jersey with a vintage style Knights team crest that displays embroidered details throughout its entirety, an additional Reebok patch is present over the left breast while an OHL crest is found opposite it on the right side. Having had matching alternate logo patches placed atop of both shoulders, the sleeves and verso have been styled with Tierney's number "70" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, "Tierney" is spelt out in dual layer green-over-gold tackle twill letters across the affixed cream coloured twill nameplate at the top of the reverse. Featuring its original fight strap and pilling on the interior of the jersey, game-wear is exhibited via stick marks, board burns and team repairs, of either the fabric patched or sewn variety, over both sleeves. Regarding the photo-match, the jersey has been matched with Getty Image #107677797 (December 17th, 2010 vs Owen Sound) to the loose black thread(s) at the top of the "0" on the left sleeve.
