Having already won so much in his hockey career thus far at both the junior, senior and international levels of the game, Robert Thomas would play all but twenty-two (22) of his 155 Ontario Hockey League games with the London Knights, winning an OHL Championship and Memorial Cup with them in 2016. Having won an additional OHL Championship in 2018 with the Hamilton Bulldogs, a playoffs he was named the MVP for, Thomas would be drafted 20th overall at the 2017 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues and win a Stanley Cup with them in 2019. Also having won an IIHF World Junior Championship gold medal with Canada in 2018, offered here is this London Knights jersey worn by Thomas during the 2017-18 season before his trade to Hamilton. Made by CCM and featuring both CCM/CHL and size "54" tagging affixed to the inner collar, a CCM patch has been added over the reverse neckline while a CHL league patch sits over the reverse hem. Decorated over the front of the jersey with "Knights" going diagonally down the chest in stacked tri-layer tackle twill letters that have been individually sewn on, an additional CCM patch is in place over the left breast with a similar style OHL one opposite it on the right side. Sporting matching alternate logo patches atop the shoulders and the distinguished captain's "C" over the left breast, the sleeves and verso of the garment have been styled with THomas' number "27" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals while "Thomas" is spelt out in green-over-gold dual layer tackle twill letters across the affixed white twill nameplate at the top of the reverse. Featuring its original fight strap and moderate pilling on the interior, the jersey shows game-wear via five (5) fabric patched team repairs inside the sleeves, stick marks over the front, reverse and both sleeves, board burns over both sleeves and a few coloured board paint transfer marks over the left forearm/cuff plus right armpit. Having had the 100th Anniversary Memorial Cup patch added over the right sleeve, the jersey has been photo-matched with an image of Thomas used for the press release announcing his trade that shows the white paint residue at the left side of the collar and through the middle "C" in the CCM patch on the front.
