Crowned a Stanley Cup champion as a member of the St. Louis Blues in their improbable run to Lord Stanley’s coveted mug, Vladimir Tarasenko had played his entire career with the team that drafted him 16th overall in 2010 until a trade at the deadline in 2023 saw him join the New York Rangers. One of the most renowned players in the history of the Blues, offered here is this St. Louis alternate captain's jersey that was donned by Tarasenko during the 2018-19 campaign, specifically between Feb 21st and April 3rd. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both "Made in Canada" and size "58" designations is affixed to the inner collar while the front and reverse necklines of the jersey have been accented by the crests of the NHL and Adidas respectively. Decorated over the front with a familiar Blues team crest that features embroidered details, the distinguished alternate captain's "A" has been sewn over the left breast. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Tarasenko's number "91" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, "Tarasenko" is spelt out in single layer blue twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Regarding condition, there are a few burn marks and a faint stick mark to the left sleeve, with a single team repair to the upper right sleeve. Getty Image #1134408015 (March 7, 2019) has been matched to the team repair to the left of the "91" on the right sleeve, with the dark mark to the left of the alternate captain's "A" also visible. The team patch resides behind the nameplate, with a hologram affixed that matches the accompanying COA from the Blues.
